about me
My passion is Dance and integrating movement into all areas of the curriculum. My background is in Dance, Dance Education, Yoga, ESL, Spanish, kinesthetic learning and movement’s role in brain development. I ran my own Movement Learning studio in Barcelona, Spain until 2013, when I came to Riverdale Country School in Bronx, NY to serve as Movement Integrator and Spanish teacher. I worked there until 2020, when I moved to The Calhoun School in Manhattan. I'm currently working as a learning support specialist, specializing in developmental movement and sensory integration, at the Rudolph Steiner School in Manhattan. I have trained teachers in the US, Europe, South Africa and Indonesia.
