"Working with Helena is an absolute joy and a tremendous support in my daily work. She brings a rare combination of passion, empathy and professionalism to the classroom. Helena is wonderfully resourceful and highly structured in her approach. She is very thoughtful about the needs of both students and teachers, and adapts with flexibility to the realities of the classroom as well as to the individual needs of children.

Her calm, focused presence creates a warm, inclusive environment where every student but also their parents feel seen, heard and valued. Helena approaches conflicts or difficult situations with unwavering respect and composure, as I saw clearly during our parent-teacher conferences.

Helena has supported me immensely, whether during parent meetings, in developing a program for dysregualted children or simply through her consistent encouragement. Her collaborative spirit and team-oriented mindset make her an exceptional colleague, especially in a role where close cooperation is essential.

I feel truly fortunate to work with Helena each day."

"Helena was very helpful to my 11-year-old son, who was struggling with focus and attention both at school and at home. She guided us with specific exercises to do at home. These were fun activities that became part of our daily routine, allowing for moments of connection and led to real changes.

Helena is a keen and empathetic observer who takes time to process what she sees in children before making recommendations. The results I saw with my son showed that her approach is highly individualized and not one-size-fits-all. For example, she suggested that he do some of his homework lying on his belly on the floor in a prone position. As a result, without the constant struggle to sit still, he became more focused and more willing to work on subjects that previously felt too difficult for him.

I am very grateful to Helena for insisting that it is never too late to work on sensory and reflex integration. Where others saw only behavioral problems, she saw a child working very hard to function in his body. Most of all, she could easily connect with him and he felt cared for with warmth and true understanding."

"Helena is a true movement expert and an exceptional observer. She has an extraordinary ability to truly see the child reaching a deep level of observation and intuitive understanding, through her life experience, studies, and training, exactly what a child would benefit from… She offered thoughtful guidance not only around movement, but also around baby sleep, the use (or non-use) of pacifiers, swaddling, raising a bilingual child, how children build their bodies and brains, movement integration, babywearing, and primitive reflexes (such as the palmar reflex, midline integration, and ATNR). She shared insightful articles, suggested ways tummy time could work best (like placing the baby on my belly), and even recommended evaluations, such as checking for torticollis. Beyond the practical support, she also guided me through my new role as a mother and shared meaningful life lessons along the way."

"We contacted Helena because we were feeling overwhelmed with our daughter Cleo starting to move around our cluttered house. We were worried for her safety so we put up gates everywhere, but this didn't feel right. Helena helped us learn how (and why) to guide Chloe's self-initiated movement explorations. We learned about the importance of free movement and stepping back and allowing our daughter's wisdom to unfold. She also showed us how to reorganize our space. As first-time parents, we are grateful, Helena has given us a great gift."

"I met Helena long before I became a mother. From the very beginning, I experienced in her a genuine warmth of heart and a deep human sincerity. She carries a quiet presence that invites trust and connection.

When our son was born, and my husband and I found ourselves alone—without family or external support, living in a foreign country—Helena accompanied us with steadiness and care from the very first moment. Her support was not only practical, but also deeply human, strengthening my confidence as a mother during a tender and vulnerable time.

As we began to perceive that our child was experiencing a delay in speech development, both in English and Spanish, Helena guided us in a gentle and respectful way through verses, rhythmic speech, songs, and movement, working with imitation and repetition to support the healthy awakening of language. Her approach honored the child’s tempo, recognizing that speech arises from the whole body and from a foundation of movement, rhythm, and relationship.

We have encountered significant challenges within the North American public education system, where the child is not always seen in his wholeness. With Helena’s guidance, we were able to enter conversations and meetings with teachers and administrators in a grounded and conscious way, always advocating for decisions that placed the child at the center, honoring his individuality, his biography, and his unique path of development.

I cannot recommend Helena highly enough. If you invite her into your family, she will bring deep compassion and love, together with trained observation, pedagogical discernment, and purposeful, well-informed action. Her work is rooted in respect for the unfolding of the human being and in trust in the child’s innate capacities."

"Working with Helena was a pleasure. She was very responsive to our questions and gave us great advice on a wide range of topics including book recommendations, practical tips to prepare our home for the baby, post-partum care, and movements to stimulate baby’s development and help with colic. We’re very grateful to have had her help!"

"I have worked with Helena since September 2024 at Rudolf Steiner in New York. I was engaged as a mentor, consultant for Grade 2 class teacher based on my background as a class teacher. Helena was part of our support team with extensive background in therapeutic work encompassing Waldorf and mainstream approaches. We knew a large number of individuals in the class needed extensive therapeutic support. I was impressed how quickly our group coalesced into a support team for the individual children while building the community of the class. This was due, in large part, to Helena's observations, interventions and resources. Gradually we built up a picture of the needs of each of these children. Next Helena knew the neurological tests needed and how to connect parents with the providers. When we receive information, Helena is helpful interpreting it and creating a comprehensive working plan for each child.

To each situation we have encountered, Helena has brought warmth and professionalism. She is sensitive to vulnerable groups while holding a strong core picture of each child and how to help them reach their potential in and out of the classroom. Helena listens carefully and observes, then is able to collaborate with teachers and parents to form a working plan. I have been part of this process numerous times. I appreciate her colleagueship and continue to learn from her insights."

"Helena designs targeted interventions for students facing specific challenges and continues to support them. At Sumbandila, a programme in rural South Africa that guides promising children through their schooling, her methodology has been enormously beneficial. We have deep trust in her wisdom, judgement, and experience."
